Traveling Expense: The participants will bear the cost of travel while the actual cost will be reimbursed after the workshop. (Please keep the original ticket for reimbursement)

Transport for field visit: BUS (Reserved) will be arranged for transportation from Rangpur to Nilphamari & Nilphamari to Rangpur

Return to Dhaka: (29th August)

The participants who are interested to join with organizing team of workshop for returning to Dhaka they have to inform Maksedur Rahman Shovon for managing their transport of course 28th August evening. There are limited number of seats.

The organizers will arrange accommodation and food for the participants for 27th - 29th August .

On 29th August workshop participants will visit the Pallitathya Kendra (Information centre) in Nilphamari .

TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS (For International Participants):
On arrival at the Zia International Airport, Bangladesh, please clear your baggage your airport pick up & drop will be arranged by the hotel booked for you. Someone will be Zia International Airport holding a board with your name which will be easily identifiable. If you miss the person please contact with your hotel or Mahbuba Akhter Subarna

DEPARTURE AIRPORT TRANSFER (For International Participants):
Participants will need to leave the hotel for the Airport a minimum of 3 hours prior to their departure flight.
