Filed Visit
On 29th August workshop participants will visit the Pallitathya Kendra (Information centre) in Nilphamari. This field visit program is designed for participants to experience real life ICT4D projects
in Bangladesh . The main objectives are
- How Infomediary (information workers) of Pallitathya Kendra work to provide information through using the ICT channels (Computer, Internet).
- How the mobile lady reaches information door to door with the assistance of experts of help desk through ICT device (mobile phone).
- Meet villagers for understanding the effectiveness of using ICT channels for poverty reduction.
Main mode of transportation: BUS (Reserved) will be arranged for transportation from Rangpur to Nilphamari & Nilphamari to Rangpur

0830 – 0930- Journey to Pallitathay Kendra (Nilphamari)
1000- 1015- Welcome address
1015- 1030- Presentation on Center Operation
1030- 1035- Group formation (3 groups)
1035- 1230- Sharing experience with
